I've never played this game, but I really want to. Looking at the trailer I see that there are little cut scenes in the game which I already like! I think this game will be better than Phoenix Wright. I'm going to download all Professor Layton DS games and play them! :D I know I won't be dissapointed! (:

Oh my gosh this is the last Professor Layton game I need to play besides the Mask of Miracles or Specter's Flute cause they haven't been released yet and the stores in my area doesn't sell the Curious Village anymore! So now my mom's visiting Asia cause of her sick mom and I'm begging her to buy me the Curious Village and I know I sound selfish because I should be worried about my sick granny but I have a sick obsession and addiction towards the Professor Layton series so that makes me stubborn.

@southafricacricket then if you've gotten through the credits.. and have done that , it means you are in the last place you saved. and you can go back and find any puzzles you may have missed during your gameplay. Yeah, the apple is Flora.

@PeachThePlum Hmm...well maybe the DS case at 00.06 Is the American case? The one I have has Professor Layton's hat with St Mystere inside...The DS case is also darkish and Layton is in the top right corner :)

if you look at the box, the pictures should be different for the UK and USA versions.. the UK version is black and the USA version is more colourful.. there isn't much difference in the games because they'll both work for any ds model but there are a few puzzles that are different =]

Can't wait for Layton vs. Wright. I can say that that game will be the best game ever. And guess what: This is the first time we will see a animated and talking Phoenix. But I wonder how we are playing it? Do we select a character to play the game with? Do they alternate? But we know, both games are some kind of point-and-click mystery adventure, so it might not change much.

When I saw my friend had that game on his TouchDS, I wanted to try it out to see if it was any good. Since then, I've been addicted to the Professor Layton games. A very interesting method of advertising a handheld video game. They construct it VERY much along the lines of a feature movie trailer. But I suppose the "Triplets of Belleville-esque" art style of the game's cartoon lends itself to a movie vibe.

That's a good thing. NoA didn't advertise this game, so sales were bad. When NoE notices that the game is popular they will release the sequel sooner than America.
