  • My body really responds well to this type of yoga.....perfect for night time or after another yoga routine. For me, yoga isn't about losing weight....it's about inner and outer health.

  • I was a bit confused when I saw these earlier. Then I gave them a try (had to rewatch the vid, lol) and the way my body responded to them felt different than when I'm doing my usual yoga. It opened up a different vibration, almost feminine but more solid than I'm used to.

    It's videos like this that remind me that these ladies really know what they're doing. Thank you so much for sharing your professional and insightful yoga with us! You really get it.
