high flow oil pump on these beasts, it picks up straight away. is it difficult getting oversize pistons for them? i've just got an '82 CX500B, 47000miles, hopefully will run to 150000 miles on the original bores i just worry about availability of oversize pistons, big end shells and main bearing bushes. any info anyone?

my friend has a cx. it recently wouldn't start, no lights , no signs of life, but it would roll off and run. still , no lights. new battery, fuses o.k. got any suggestions?? thanks

The cx 500 is known for stator problems, if a total electrical failure occurs it can be push started, i would get the stator checked

The right hand side appears to lag
behind the left for supply. I assume its a longer run?
