  • I am deeply impressed Jeff Lynn sounded just like the orginal artist Del Shannon and the musical instrumentals were almost identical to the orginal yet in it's unquieness it retained it's orgional flavour. That truly takes talent to pull off. I perfer this version way over than Elvis Presily version.

  • @SuperCougarlover

Have you heard Jeff's version of Budddy Hollys Words of Love from the tribute album Listen to me ? A great album with a variety of different artists and Jeff's interpretation as one of the highlights :-)

  • Does anyone know who played what instriment on this cover BY JEFF LYNNE and NOT Del Shonnon(Love both versions by the way...)??

  • @Velocity9s Jeff, George, and Bob played guitar, Bob again on harmonica, Jim Kelter on drums, Tom on bass and and probabbly Jeff on piano as an overdub

  • allways heard it was del! his singing this was that he may have been roys replacement.not an audition, but that he was another guy that was so influenutial in music

  • ¡Grandes músicos todos!, excelente verción

  • Eso es una joyita! Puro 50's, igual de fresco y jovial que entonces. Me encantan los Wilburys!

  • nice treat to come across....thanks!!

  • Thanks for uploading, god I love Jeffs voice :-)

  • I'm diggin' it Thanks for sharing! p.s. it definitely is Jeff Lynne for you doubters
