Any KISS "fan" who supports what Gene and Paul are doing is simply shitting on the legacy of Peter and Ace. If they are incapable of realizing that then they are simply fools.

I was thinking about writing something like that, but can't get any better. YOU are so right. I saw them in 1996 at Mexico city, when the Reunion tour. Then, at the Psycho Circus Tour at Mexico city, too. Then I saw them with the Aerosmith tour......how sad. Today, I wouldn't pay a penny to see two imposters wannabees...how sad. If they are still around is because there are not so many good bands out there to compete with these jerks who don't know this word: respect (fans)

@victorero2006 Same here, Saw them on the Reunion Tour then with Aerosmith. Big difference! I wouldn't pay a cent to see them now either. I saw the "ORIGINAL" KISS 3 times and it was the BEST! The tour with Aerosmith was LAME!!! I've been a KISS fan.,and a die-hard Ace fan for 33 years. I would travel to the ends of the earth for Ace, but not for KISS anymore. I did not even consider buying Sonic Boom.

peter was good at one point hes just old and his playing just sucked after his car accident in 78 he left kiss in 80 and gene and paul ran the show.and peter thought in 96 paul and gene where going to make him a parter again hahahaha dude stop crying they made big coin in the 80s and 90s with out peter why you played clubs they played arenas and peters said its not fair you cry baby.

Are you sure??? Paul was pretty wild too guys. not as wild as ace and peter, but he liked to have a good time. im not saying he did do drugs but he wasnt "the parent" of the band.

Peter did a great job on the Alive IV tour. Only problem is I understand he was complaining over the length of the shows. Paul & Gene decided not to renew the contract. I'm kind of glad. I like my Kiss shows more than 16 songs.

Hate to tell you this but Gene runs the show not Paul. Gene bastardized the kiss legacy by hiring wannabees. They served a purpose - to satisfy people who didn't know any better.

My advice to all of you - when you see something very special experience it, appreciate it, and never forget it. That's how I see the original KISS. There are no substitutes for originality. All those other bozos with gene and paul should call themselves something else.Maybe SSIK or something. What a Joke!

Wrong. Paul is in charge of Kiss. Gene is just the enforcer. He wasn't in charge of Sonic Boom for nothing. Though the album sucked.

Get used to it because our kids are already getting weened on a "different than what we knew" KISS - KISS will probably outlive our kids as a live show and SOMEONE else will have to play the parts!

@fotoflik I agree to a certain extent. The 2 new guys stand strong on their own, they bring a BIGGER punch to the KISS concerts. It would be nice if all the originals were still together.

Screw singer The original 4 were the best ever. It's like trying to scam people into seeing a Journey concert without Steve Perry. Useless. If you were fortunate to see the 77-78 tour you would know the difference. Oh you probably weren't born yet That tour kicked mine and your non-existing ass back to Jupiter. Real KISS fans would know what I'm talking about. No fake kiss for me. It must suck for eric to put on Peter Criss's make up and pretend to be someone he's not. OOPS!
