Love this song; my favourite on 'My sweetheart..

Think it pointed to the way he was going to go; less produced and polished than the first album.

Loved Grace but would've loved if he had the chance to produce a rawer album.

Anyway, it's not gonna happen now..

I'm so glad I listened to this, I used to listen to Sketches for My Sweetheart the Drunk religiously when it was released, and this was always my favourite track off the album. I haven't listened to Jeff for years now and was only reminded of this unfinished masterpiece after hearing the Bamboos' cover of 'Everybody Here Wants You'. Miss you Jeff x

After seeing Jeff Buckley they were recording or practicing "Fake Plastic Trees" and Thom Yorke got through the first line and broke down in tears. Jeff Buckley would've made some incredible music if he were still here.
