  • McCain run again for presidents...hide your guns america Obama is out to get em' so hide em'

  • share.

  • To old then, WAY to old now. Nice Lemon teeth though. Doesn't his wife have a ton of $'s.

  • Yeah, a lot more than your puny carcass can ever dream of.

  • That kind of made me like McCain, though... ;(

  • It was just a JOKE....damn.

  • I support Obama, but this is a stupid video which proves nothing.

  • I'm with ya. Let's stick to the issues, we beat him even harder there.

  • welcome to the post-9/11 fallout.... I think I'll take a long vacation in november.... neither candidate has really wet my intellectual palette.

  • HAHAHA Finally Some "Straight Talk"

    Go to sleep McCentury

  • Obama knows the difference between Sunni & Shia... McCain proved he doesn't.

Obama knows even after the drawdown of troops later this summer we will still be at pre-surge levels... McCain doesn't.

Obama knows that the 16% loss in retention will be made up by 16% increase in recruitment and supports the GI Bill and our troops... McCain doesn't (and only mentions the loss)

McCain seems to think our presence in the Middle East is the solution... when it's the problem. Obama knows better.

  • good grief this is retarded , why it only has 3k views ...

get over it , Obama won't be pres . Can't raise money , in the worst year for the Rep brand since Nixon he is trailing McCain in gen election polls ALREADY. What are Dems going to say after losing this one ? McCain stole it because of voter disenfranchisement/voter fraud/voter intimidation/supreme court/hanging chads/miscounts/didn't count all the votes/bought it/he's russian/rascism .. etc

come on people grow up BLAAHAAA

  • Obama can't raise money? Really? Even though he's consistently raised the most?

As opposed to Hillary who funded her own campaign out-of-pocket?

  • blahaaa , foolish one he's trailing McCain right this moment and I am speaking more to the fact the PARTY can't raise money . They are having a hell of a time getting the money for the convention for crying out . And don't be assuming I am pro Hillary . Just like a democrat . I can't stand both of your nominees , they're worse than McCain . Get ready for an unforseen loss like the last 2 elections ! Don't whine so much this time , I warned you .

  • Worse than McCain?

I suggest you look up McCain's congressional voting record.

Dozens of votes against closing corporate tax loopholes... repeatedly voting against funding veterans' benefits programs and port security/first responder training...

McCain certainly doesn't seem to have America's interests first.

  • "I am speaking more to the fact the PARTY can't raise money . They are having a hell of a time getting the money for the convention for crying out ."

    ~liar~ :)

"Obama won't be pres . Can't raise money , in the worst year for the Rep brand since Nixon he is trailing McCain in gen election polls ALREADY."

    Clearly talking about Obama.

  • hey Freeplay you a jackass ? Obama I am talking about but the party more so on money right now . Yes Obama regarding electability . sigh Watch and learn come Nov . Be shell shocked and cry foul like you all do come election results that you disagree with . Just don't say I didn't warn ya . ;)

  • You're the one who referred to THE PARTY. The party is more than Obama.

Oh, and if you care to speak in actual sentences, I'll continue talking to you. Otherwise, it's been fun.

  • sigh , go vote Democrat or something lol

    idiot

  • That's about what I thought.

Maybe someday you'll meet my intellectual level; until then, keep trying to form sentences! Good luck!

  • "In key states, news accounts indicate Democrats are outpacing Republicans registering voters. We also know Barack Obama's campaign is utilizing the Internet to raise record amounts of money to support his campaign and Democrats nationally, all in the hope that new voters and record resources will produce a Democrat landslide victory this fall.

[...] conservatives I talk with from all across the country are feeling the rumblings of 'what could be.'"

Sen. Bill Frist (R), in a fundraising e-mail

  • You're a little premature on that predeiction. They haven't even debated yet.

Once Obama debates McCain, it will be all over. McCain doesn't understand the economy, doesn't understand the war in Iraq and has repeated misled us about the war. He once seemed to stand on principle, and now doesn't seem to know what he stands for (i.e. his convoluted position(s) on immigration). He reversed himself on the tax cuts, "agents of intolerance" and much more. His lack of priciple will soon be exposed.

  • your in a dream world . Remember Gore's pompous ass running to take questions in what he thought was a slam dunk debate ? uh yea

To think McCain doesn't know those differences is a little naieve . He was the only one that even pushed for troop surge which worked . That said , Im not pro McCain Im a Paul supporter but I sure as hell won't be voting for a Liberal come Nov . Good luck finding enough who will . Your showing your youth . I have many Democrats who still owe me money from 04 .

  • Typical right-wing talking point:

    "The surge worked"

Any idiot will tell you if you put more boots on the ground, violence will temporarily decrease. The purpose of the surge was to buy a small window of time for political reconcilation. The President even presented it this way. Remember all of the failed benchmarks? The surge DID NOT WORK. There was no progress on the political front. Over 90% of the benchmarks WERE NOT MET. It was a short term fix and didn't meet it's stated objective.

  • look Im all about getting out as Im a Pual guy but the reports right now as we speak are stating that violence is and has been past few weeks I suppose at an all time low , so I think it has helped if there going to be there at all to have more troops . I just don't want our people dying like they were . I voted for the only guy who as going to take them out right away , these two will not . Simple truth , Obama voted for more funding of it did he not ?

  • Calvin, what do you mean I'm "showing my youth"?

I was born in the sixties and have followed many a politician and many elections. John McCain used to stand on principle, he used to be a maverick. Not anymore. To quote the Bush people (about someone else), "I'm puzzled. This is not the same man I knew". McCain is a joke. Ron Paul is a great man. I love Ron Paul to death. I even displayed a small Ron Paul sign where I worked, but between Obama and McCain the choice is easy.

  • with all due respect Johnny aren't you premature then too if I am ? Like you said they haven't debated yet ? You see double standards marr your party so bad its distorted beyond belief . I think both candidates are jokes , you guys are lapping up the usual Democrat alternative thinking change is coming . ROFLMAO !@ Young and stupid , you shall learn . You should have voted Paul you embiciles . I say that lovingly , lol Go study Fed Reserve and IRS stances of Paul . Obama has funded the war too

  • Hey Calvin, I love Ron Paul and if the 2000 version of McCain were running, I'd probably vote for him. I used to talk him up quite a bit back then. He has reversed course on so many positions it's like he is a different politician. He looked like real uniter back then. Now he looks like a real divider who wants to fulfill the neocon dream and hasn't a clue about economics, health care, or anything else. To quote a great man, McCain has "lost his bearings". The debates will reveal this.

  • I agree that McCain never promised not to run... but he does seem to acknowledge here that by 2008 he will be quite old, and I think he means to imply that he would be too old to be President by 2008. I'm not sure this belongs on "Crooks & Liars," but it's still a good argument *against* McCain being president. Why are all the best arguments against McCain things he himself said several years ago?

  • That last sentence? Perfect.

  • McCain did promise not to run, actually. See my vids.

  • I vote for "old soldiers' home"... anyone second the motion? ... Please?

  • Seconded. I think we need to find Ol' Johnny a nice quiet place where he can tell all his war stories to the other invalids and play a nice game of chinese checkers...

  • lmao at gungaroo22's comment... spin! spin! spin! You must be dizzy after that.

  • He didn't say, on any sort of record, that he wouldn't run... He may be ready to go to Old Soldier's Home, but he can also be ready to run at the same time.

I'm ready for dinner right now. That doesn't mean I'm going to go get it.

  • "He didn't say, on any sort of record, that he wouldn't run... He may be ready to go to Old Soldier's Home, but he can also be ready to run at the same time.

I'm ready for dinner right now. That doesn't mean I'm going to go get it."

But it means you're hungry - your body is telling you it's time to eat.

McCain's brain was apparently telling him it's time to retire...
