I just tried it. I put it on for 3 minutes and rinsed. And then iced for like 15 minutes and it my HUGE zit was less red looking to me. : )

I usually mix a little baking soda in with my facial cleanser to make a scrub out of it. i don't really have much of a problem with acne anymore, but I would advise against using this unless you have fairly oily skin..baking soda will strip the oil off of anything. (it's good for scrubbing greasy pans too!) Maybe just use it on the T zone if you have combo skin.

look up gram negative folliculitus its a skin fungas that looks like cystic acne that accutane treats because its in a class of antifungal medications and cranberry is also a natural antifungal so try taking cranberry suppliments everyday with a high dose of vitamin c I take three thousand mg a day its water sayable so you cant od on it the vitamin c I mean but it will cause kidney and liver damage so dont exceed four thousand in a day start off slow thats my advice give it a try

@Sicily1617 if u have used benzoyl peroxide and your acne didnt fadeout, you are resistant to that anti biotic. try mixing 1000mg of zegen(cefuroxime) capsule mixed in an astringent about 160ml used it ever night before going to bed, and try to use a liquid cleanser such as Cetaphil cause its noncomedogenic. Its the cleanser of choice for skin that are prone to acne.

Hey I tried this out with the Cetaphil like somebody else had mentioned and it worked amazingly well. I've been through a whole round of proactive that didn't work anywhere near this good. Just wondering how often are people doing this, twice a day or just once?

Baking soda really works, I had a doctor mention it to me where I worked because she saw I was getting a lot of acne, she recommended me to use that with cetaphil face cleanser, at first i was really scared to try it out, even my co-worker said " hmm I don't know" lol but after a few months later when my acne got worst I saw her again, she told me. try the baking soda with cetaphil It will help you i promise, soooo i decided to try it out and it did work alot thats what i use now!

ok, you probly put to much on. ah. here is what you should do. wash your face with a gentle cleanser like glycerin soap. dry face by patting, not rubbing. moisturize lightly. make a liquidy mixture of the soda and warm water. it should be like cloudy water. pour a little on your hand and smear it all over your face, or in the wanted place. i fined that it works best if you leave it on when you sleep and by morning, just wash your face again with a light cleanser.

ok. you can use a moisturizer and i would suggest it, but if you have oily skin, use very little and the type with out oil. you should just wash it off with water, warm-luke warm. if you use a cleanser make sure that it a gentle one.
