Hi if you live in US you can buy heavy whipping cream and then beat it with electric mixer on high speed and add suger powder to it as much as you want it to be sweet at the end the texture should be firm and hard,sorry my English is not so good but let me know if i can help you more :)

It is the same of what is called shantiji creme. I do not how to spell it. but it is basically sour creme with powder sugar and vanilla mixed with a mixer for a short time. Take care it does not pass the necessary time.
