Maybe you didn't read where this is being ran? That would be Pensacola, FL. You can't get the best of both worlds. This is the only XC we have in Pensacola. No Hills and XC. Sorry!

nicodemus naimadu (spelling is off) from Abilene Christian won individually, and they won the team title too. This year, he became the first person to win 4 national xc titles and the team won again

I'm definately gonna hav to rate this a 10, brings tears to my eyes, I remember when I was in school and a young teenager running cross country. It's an exilerating sport, and you've got so much pressure on you. Good luck to all who join and run. Good job to you who are running now!!!!!!!!!

and now, it seems as if xc has been frogotten amoung society . and our xc team at school gets almost no recognition with our wins, even though we won state last year. and i know we put as much or more effort into practicing and dieting than any other sport. what we need is another pre, to go out there, and get the younger society to notice those who wake up at 5:30 mid summer in 105 degree weather to clock in about 8 miles at a 7:30 minute pace.
