A first step would be for med orders to be written legibly. Hopefully in the future, all med orders will be required to be type written by doctors and nurses. Leave the nurse the hell alone when they are passing meds and taking off verbal orders. Alot of the non-urgent stuff can needs to wait. If people wan't to see less med errors, it would help tp quit crying to the nurse about every little thing. Read back verbal orders. All med orders should have an indication. The ER is an exception.
