@cryteeek the F-16 has equal speed,higher payload,higher service ceiling,higher max takeoff weight,equal range,better avionics,better thrust/weight ratio,farther ferry range,lower RCS,more powerful engine,has a full glass canopy,and is $42million cheaper(its also 14 years older). the F-16 is far better, it is a sheer MASTERPIECE of aviation engineering.

There was always supposed to be 187 F-22s built and there was the option to buy more. Robet Gates decided that diverting F-22 program expansion money to the purchase of F-35s and Predator drones was better for the current needs of the US Airforce.

It is a Super Hornet. the normal Hornet has circular inlets, this one clearly has rectangular inlets watch @ 05:08

you can also see it has a larger wingspan. So... it's a super hornet also known to the pilots that fly them: Rhino.
