  • I like watching this video because it takes me through the movie, with just a soundtrack. I can visualize everything that happened as it plays. I still bawl when that final song plays.

  • Post More!

  • jus saw this movie. Liam Neeson is God. no one person or animal can kill him. he's the new Chuck Norris

  • Beautiful.

  • sorry, disregard last post lol

  • WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE "CITY SURF" FOR DOWNLOAD??"

  • Liam Neeson's everyday life.

  • An incredibly deep and emotional movie, loved every second of it.

  • "Once more into the fray,

into the last good fight I'll ever know.

Live and die on this day,

Live and die on this day."

  • one of the most powerful performances i have ever seen by an actor in a long time! 4 star movie without a doubt!

  • This movie is amazing. I have never seen a movie that has this set of storyline with this much emotion.

  • has anyone else noticed that the rustling sound in the song "Writing the Letter" sounds like wolves panting

  • Once more into the fray...

Into the last good fight I`ll ever know.

Live and die on this day...

Live and die on this day...

  • Awesome film ! I thought this was going to be some mindless entertaining action movie , boy was I wrong ! I found it a thought-provoking and emotionally powerful look at how "men" view and deal with their own mortality when faced with certain death . The poem in the film also fits so perfectly with the story . "Once more into the fray. Into the last good fight I'll ever know . Live or die on this day . Live or die on this day". Great ending also , don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

  • its either the jack daniel's bottles or the knife, but he is going down

  • I love that repeat theme with the 4 notes entertwining Damn I gotta sit down to a Piano again in my mind I scripted a brilliant piece to incorporate it into let it be action sequence fast or slow emotional this can be used soooo mny ways and its so perfect and simple yet amazing

  • when he reads the poem in his head on the last scene that was epic, i got goosebumps. oh damn i wanna see this again

  • I like the second track suicide 0:30 alot. Doesn't make me feel suicide though, more like sad enlightenment. Writing the letter hits you hard though. Mark Streitenfeld i didn't know who you are but you and Hans Zimmer are my idols.

  • @DubJendel He usually is Hans Zimmer's music edit case in point:

    He was music editor for

    Gladiator

    Black Hawk Down

    The Last Samurai.

Not shocking his music is great...

  • Ending was the best part of this movie

  • Why does everyone keep saying 'Live and Die on this day'?

'Once more into the fray' is the best bit methinks.

  • @RandomPyrate if you see the movie youll know

  • @3dG4eVa1 I have, and I do know.

I just think as catchy lines go, 'Once more into the fray' would have been adopted.

  • once more into the fray the last good fight i'll ever know

live and die on this day

live and die on this day

  • I cant believe throughout this entire movie there wasnt one snowball fight!!!!! I DEMAND A REFUND

  • Absolutely breathtaking movie! Some wonderful character beats throughout + this incredible soundtrack & Neeson at the top of his game = Gonna become A CULT CLASSIC!.

  • I wanna watch that movie it looks really good. ((:

  • I enjoyed the movie but the ending was different than book. In the book he kills the alpah male, then skins him, and pretends to be the alpha male. Liam then meets the most beautiful wolf of the pak and falls in love once more. Sadly after making love to her, she dies of AIDS. O Liam when will you find love...

  • was such a great movie but i expected a happy ending Where he tames the alpha male wolf and rides him out in to the sunset and they live happily ever after. but that didnt happen :(

  • This movie is so powerfull. A masterpiece. The last few moments were exceptionally moving. Showing the mortality in all of us. Was a tough scene to make it through without crying. Bravo

  • Excellent soundtrack. A surprisingly great movie with TONS more to offer than just Liam Neeson v. A Pack of Wolves.

  • whats the song that is only piano and mostly chords? i think it plays just before he charges the wolf at the end

  • Great.. Very waoooo. & the music so unique...

  • Is this the song that plays while liam neeson is on the way of getting ready to kill the wolf at the end? Freaking emotional but enduring.

  • VERY good movie, and one of the best movie soundtracks in recent memory. Probably the best since A Beautiful Mind in my opinion.

  • What about the piano in the final song?

  • @alexdennis2 "Alpha" is the name of that track

  • @dreno4618 He's not asking about "Alpha".

  • @Jfanclan then whats he talking about? "The City Surf"? that doesn't have a piano in it though

  • Damn good movie.

  • i cried soo hard at the end of this movie.

    Once more into the fray...

Into the last good fight I'll ever know

Live and die on this day.

live and die on this day.

  • Once more into the fray...

Into the last good fight I'll ever know

Live and die on this day

Live and die on this day

I really look forward to seeing The Grey at the Academy Awards next year.

  • whats the song playing just before he runs at the alpha?

  • @0406763552 It's called 'The City Surf'...you should find it on the side bar; "Marc Streitenfield - The City Surf"

  • Loved this movie, but environmentalists are boycutting it because they used *spoiler alert* real wolf carcass at some points.

  • @007phycokiller Yeah they did. They bought four wolf carcasses from like a hunter or a taxidermist or something. The carcasses themselves had been frozen four months. Two were used for props and two were given to the actors who played the survivors to eat as a form of bonding. Director Carnahan said the wolf meat made the cast physically ill since none of them could bear the thought of eating a dog. The boycott is stupid though. They did nothing illegal or immoral.

  • This has been the best movie ive seen since aaahm... idk a very long time since ? inception ? ya i think so..! lol god i cant forget it ! and that ending.. so powerful .. :')

  • Once more into the fray

Into the last good fight I'll ever know

Live or die on this day

Live or die on this day

  • What's ironic is that the most memorable song in the movie was first used in the movie Ink... start at 0:47 watch?v=a8W44OvV8mQ

  • this was the best movie i have ever seen

  • Live and die on this day,

Live and die on this day.

  • @FrazzlledCuRt117 It's "Live or die on this day", not "Live and die on this day". just pointing that out. Not trying to hate or anything .

  • @33willospina actually it is live and die on this day

    heres the poem

    Once more to the fray

to the last fight ill ever know

live and die on this day

live and die on this day

  • @masterandcommader101 You are 100% correct. My apologies !

  • @FrazzlledCuRt117 ya ya "live and die on this day"

  • This may be the best soundtrack to a film I have heard since "The Fountain"

  • I really hope they make a soundtrack purchasable, the song during the last scene was probibly the best movie soundtrack song i have hurd. i almost cried but my girlfriend was there...I NEEDED TO BE STRONG

  • @blindkillz13 the scene at the end with his wife was super emotional, but when the music started playing, my girlfriend lost it. fantastic soundtrack.

  • @blindkillz13 I almost cried too...!

  • @blindkillz13 I would have to agree that the music played at the end was quite phenomenally well written.

  • @blindkillz13 completly agree, it was one of the most powerful endings iv ever seen, the movie was fantastic overall

  • @blindkillz13 I think a man can cry in a movie like this - NEESON, THE MUSIC....Everything about this film = MASTERPIECE!

  • @jackyboy777666 Just so long as they don't cry wolf!

    ;P

  • @blindkillz13 the piano part was too strong, tears came out for me

  • @blindkillz13 You can get it on itunes for 9.99

  • @blindkillz13 The song during the last scene, called "The City Surf," is by Jamin Winans, not Marc Strietenfeld. It's not on the soundtrack album, but it is on the soundtrack to the movie Ink. People don't realize that "Surf" is not by Strietenfeld (who did a great job on the rest of the score). I did cry, with snot and everything...several times (even when Diaz tells the guys his first name and shakes hands). They should pass out tissues...

  • @blindkillz13 It's on CD. Check Amazon

  • @blindkillz13 hahaha dude i did the same thing! the last scene was unimanginably epic

  • best movie ever

  • Liam Neeson is the most humble bad-ass in acting!

  • just seen the movie a couple hours ago.. it was very good. Liam Neeson is a boss like always

  • I have not seen this movie but the preview looks goood.........intense in parts I am sure....I couldn't imagine...♥

  • AMAZING MOVIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!! I even teared up!!!!
