I always use her ultra as an anti air.. I only hit half of the time. When I dash to anti-air ulra I hit a third of the time :( Japanese are so brilliant :D

@JayMasquerade That's not an excuse. Uryo was the best Viper and is the best Sakura player. He owned Daigo because his execution, reaction time, and knowledge of the match-up was better than Daigo's. Daigo also got owned by Shiro's Abel and a Blanka player. I think Uryo and Mago are better than Daigo so I don't know why you would assume I'm a Daigo fan, so this reply caught me by surprise.

Viper's Normals are below average and she requires a LOT of skill even the best players miss her combos as the frame data has to be damn near perfect (ie sometimes even if your inputs are perfect she'll still whiff because the vector of her jump vis-a-vis your opponents wasn't quite right) so with all those risks erfing her health is unnecessary.

Uryo is god of using Viper, I swear the things that I've seen him do is ridiculously complex like EX quake to an Ultra from mid screen(EX Quake -> Quake cancel feint -> Dash forward -> Ultra).

Just because its possible to do so much damage and link attacks, doesn't mean they are unbalanced. As Sagat of course can just link his attacks so easily and the hitboxes are so wide that it his so often. C. Viper has lots of mind games like how El Fuerte does. Does that make them broken? No it does not. My point being that characters that have attacks that are much harder to link are not broken like the characters that are not hard to link combos with.Viper combo timing is much more strict.
