  • Woah, I had thought that there was a cat playing the violin here for a moment. Well done

  • tempo is way off...

  • @tuseroni

The good thing about songs is they can never be way off in regards to a tempo. A song can be increased or decreased in tempo as much as the person playing it wants to be.

  • Nice.... but i like playing it slower, creates a more mellow and emotional feel to the ballad.

  • Meow.....

  • get the mask off :D

  • Stunning, just stunning and the mask only makes you more so as well as mysterious.

  • Beutiful work :) defenetly gonna subscribe.. hope to here more

  • I love this song but it needs to be just a bit slower as

kingbleah said it is a mournful peace and needs to be played in reverence not in haste.

  • so right

  • too fast slow down girl! say 10%

  • like all thomas moore's music its a beautifkul song ...but my favourite is last rose of summer

  • i love the music . but it is better when we can see expression on the players face. does the song have any meaning to you.

    mike

  • take the mask off =P !

  • Love the song but I gotta ask the same question as metlguy69, why the mask. I'm singing this song in my high school choir and I'd like to point out that I'd rather sing around the speed you were playing but instead we are singing like a fifth of that speed.

  • Very nice, very quick ^^

  • Very nice. I sang the ballad without music last year to end a Science and Medical conference on Barth Syndrome.

  • i guess it should sound better if it'll be play in the D major tune.

  • why?!?!?

next you will tell us that yngwie malmsteen is the best guitarist ever!

  • Ooh...pretty! I can play this one, but it's called "Variations on an Irish Tune".

  • no its not its anold irish ballad called the minstrel boy...

  • Uhm...we got it in orchestra. It's been fiddled with, but part of it is The Minstrel Boy.

  • xD Exercises in element books are always called "Variations..." so they can stray from the real melody a bit and still be... honest? xD Yeah, chances are, it's the same tune, but it *is* called The Minstrel Boy

  • variations means a version of the tune its not the name

  • Just to let you know, you're closer than all the goobers who've commented so far. Thomas Moore, the man who wrote "Minstrel Boy", set his song to a well known Irish tune. The tune has a Gaelic name that I don't remember, and couldn't pronounce anyway when I could remember it. So, Thomas Moore's "The Minstrel Boy" is a variation on an Irish tune that none of remember the actual name to, because only 30,000 people speak Gaelic!!!

  • I like it, but why masked?

  • A viola, eh?

  • Very well played!

  • I have tears in my eyes, this is unbelievable nice!

  • that was nice

  • found u em tee hee ;)
