The essential teaching of Tao is non-doing - wú wéi.
The essential teaching of the Gita is awareness that we are not the doer.
In the beginning of the Gita, Arjuna is greatly dejected that he must slay those whom he loves, but Krishna says early on to Arjuna that he is not the slayer and that the soul can never be slain. By the 18th chapter, Arjuna understands what he must do and accepts his spiritual responsibilities.
The journey of each person creates a dynamic that is vital in nature.
For thousands of years, the Jews were surrounded by people who believed the earth was flat. They believed that if they were to travel too far in any direction, they would fall over the edge. This was also taught in both Hindu and Buddhist scripture. In the 1500’s however, the first ship sailed around the world, proving that the earth was round. Even before this explorative discovery, the round earth was recorded in the Judeo-Christian Bible! The prophet Isaiah spoke of the 'circle of the earth'.
As Zen would have it, the ultimate reality is just what you are doing right now. I think what these guys are speaking of is a kind of psycho-technics. You have to be at peace and in harmony with reality before such powers can be of any good. We humans can barely handle the technics we have without wars and disease and destruction to the environment and our selves. Please, cultivate peace of mind and there will be no need to fly through the air and such.
Hell-bent Islam and christianity will surely take whole world to it's doom... Hinduism- Budhism is the hope..that give message of universal-brotherhood and tolerance in tenets and deeds..
What a bunch of nonsense !!! Once you are Self-Realized you are REAL. 'Kids' are chasing after 'powers' to manipulate others... Mr, you seem to have no idea what you are talking about. Sorry.
There are things that cannot be described by or understood through language. A complete description and understanding of the purpose and operation of the Way is beyond the power of language.
Whether you try to reason your way through life or act through emotion, the words associated with each path can be traps, not bridges, because they hide what is common to each: the presence of mystery.
Tamil Siddha, Taoism and Buddhism in China(Zen) IS all the same. Bhoganathar a Tamil took the form of Lau Zhu and Bhudidharma is a Tamil Pallava prince.
That's it. I'm going to write a psycho-spirituo-scientifico-transcendentalist scifi of buddhas from this universe and others - all traveling in antigravity vessels... that will be very cool.
very good interview! thanks! was looking in some texts about embryonic breathing that was so vital for our soul- what a science then saw your video post, synchronicity!

I want to fly to God and ask him if I could know how God made himself. I would also ask him for siddhis.
