Awsome game! Just finished all the missions a couple of nights ago. Now I only have ten more bonus tips to unlock, and a load of destructable items to collect to complete the list.
According to another video, it was originally set for the Dreamcast but turned over into a PS2 game. Also appears to be from the Simple 2000 series. Wish they could bring this sort of game back for the next gen consoles and I'm not talking about a Twisted Metal clone. Just using your car to cause destruction while completing missions like here.
