The O2 sensor is in an H pipe a few inches before the cat.

Well i just thought of this there is a O2 sensor in that cat. how did you rig that up?

Well my exhaust guy did it. Hes pretty crafty. I dont know how he did with it being a true dual. But I have it back as a single inelt and dual outlet.

sounds pretty good my dad just gave me his 89' F-250 and it has the 7.5L like yours. I want to put a different exhaust on it. It has Glass packs but you have to get the 460 warm and then it will sound good.... but i want to put Flowmasters or Cherry Bombs on it... what do you think would sound good? i want it to have a Deep Roar to it..

Well, yes. But they produce two different types of sound. Its a matter of taste, the cherry bomb is much raspier because its smaller, the super 44 is deeper because the case is much bigger, about double the size.

i have super 44s on my truck 2 vids up of it check them out so you can hear the difference. ive got a 95 f350 with a 460. 99% stock.

Yeah I often think what 3 inch would sound like, probably deeper is my guess, but I was told very strongly from many sources that a true dual 3 inch system would be much to large, but I think afer my experience with exhaust systems, that it would have been just fine.

yea it is deeper, thats wt i have only its a single pipe..i want a muffler that's always loud so people look wen im sittin next to them at a light tho but still keep the same tone, gettin myself stuck in a place where i dont kno wt to buy..

Duel 3" exhaust on a built big block should be fine. BTW sounds pretty good.

Hmmm...It Actually Sounds A Bit Louder With The Cherry Bombs...Are The Cherry Bomb Extremes The Loudest Cherry Bomb Mufflers Available? Sounds Nice As Hell Too!! No I am not bother by your questions my man. Its difficult to tell you what exactly which muffler will be louder than others, because it all depends on the engine, the type of exhaust system you have ect.. I have a true dual with a 460 big block behind two cherry bomb extreme mufflers, theres only one size so you cant get confused there. The inlet outlet size is 2 1/2 inch in 2 1/2in out, and i have two of them because its a true dual my man. Ask anytime bro
