i find this movie as a half good, half bad. The good was the SE and that it was realistic. the bad is that the nuke should have blown the whole city to dust and a hard to follow storyline. However, I can see a Skyline 2 coming soon due to its broad ending.
So realism is that there is absolutely no hope and we're just destined to be destroyed. What's the point, then? We KNOW reality sucks. All we need to do is open up a newspaper to know that there's no hope. I just like to see a glimmer of it in cinema, even if there's a great deal of death, trial, and pain just to get to the happy ending. But why sit people down for two hours of depression and hopelessness? I don't wanna pay good money just to feel bad all day. I can do that by myself.

I am at lost for words. . . Phenomenal! I loved the first one and this looks great. I saw it on filmsi.co.cc. I honestly have to say that was one of the best if not the best movie i have ever seen. Its all about the things in life we all think about but shunned to talk about.
When you watch the movie, the tagline doesn't make much sense. "Don't Look Up" I don't think any of the characters were taken from looking up, all they had to do was look to their side and the light was already there.

@ToxicPro ...so many people are saying battle LA is better then this, but battle LA was fucking garbage.. the aliens in it seem to be retarded and inferior, and a couple young americans with 7 weeks combat training defeat them... nothing more then a 21st century propaganda ad you gotta pay to see, but skyline, altho it could of used a few better actors, was a way better concept, the aliens are actually frightening and there technology level realistic to what it would be if they made it to earth

....Yeah, you're right on Battle LA, this movie was made after Skyline, it was made to get back the hope from everyone, Skyline gave everyone a lost hope, Battle LA aliens were real easy to kill, it was made like this on purpose! Too many people were shocked over Skyline, it's a unique movie that has the aliens winning completely, and I loved Skyline, for once, the human race lost! ....Absolutely a fantastic movie, best alien movie EVER!!!!

My guess is that the Skyline's Aliens jump world to world to extract the brains of sentient species for energy or smth like that. For the 2sd story I wd like to see another alien specie who come to earth to seek revenge against the Skyline's aliens who've done the same thing to their specie.

When you watch the movie, the tagline doesn't make much sense. "Don't Look Up" I don't think any of the characters were taken from looking up, all they had to do was look to their side and the light was already there.
