You cannot save directly as animated gif from photoshop. You can manually make a few diiferent images (frames), export one at a time or as image sequence (from export menu) and then put them together in an animated gif, there are tons of freeware programs for that.

Two things:

- is the background seamless? Can you create a seamless background?

- the audio is very very low, I can barely hear it.

You can make the background anything you like as it is on its own layer :)
