Animals Lebanon closes down one of the worst zoos!

holy shit seriously where the fuck is the employees ? to clean and feed the animals ? i saw over 20 30 animals none of them is healthy ( bravo animal lebanon to shut down this place and take the animals to shelter )

By taking our kids to zoos all we r teaching them is how to over abuse animals... we can show them all those kind of pets by dvd or books without even making such innocent creatures miserable. Zoos should be closed forever...

u know what kills me? everytime i call u guys or Beta, u tell me there's no more space in ur shelters and u can't help me. if u can't help, then who will?? so many stray dogs in my neighborhood (beit-mery) and they end up shot or being poisoned. This is a call for HELP!

AL does far more work than just operating a shelter, and this is not the focus of the organization. We have never said that our shelter is 'full' and leave it at that though, there are many ways we can help animals other than putting them in a shelter. We promote TNR to make the animal healthier and prevent suffering, we can help advertise animals for adoption, or match up potential adopters with new animals. Please call or email the next time you find an animal that needs help.

No one has much to give these days but if you gave up just one thing and donated that money - the lives of these animals would be secured - why don't we do a £1.00 for £1.00 that isn't even a bottle of beer - so come one - give - I just did ... and I have over 50 rescued animals to feed and care for ! I am giving up my Friday night vege burger at the pub. It is my only night out, and off !
