  • Good job but the sit ups (2:19) where poor with bad technique, lifting your feet off the ground creates a rocking like motion which takes all the work out of the sit up ! Nice still though

  • Nice job! Especially on the HSPU ROM. That's a goal of mine someday. I can't wait until I recover from my own injuries and resume this kind of training. Use false grip for the MU on rings, and pay attention to small form related things (i.e. pointing toes and trying to keep the back straight on L-sits). Keep doing your thing!

    back to basics is always good. im still only at the basics though, trying to build up a good foundation. i do animation, and even here you always have to go back to the basics. if they arn't right, something will end up wrong later on.

  • I would love to see some short, anywhere, any-time workouts. I've never had a regular schedule or been to the gym. I got a pull up bar in my bathroom door, which I won't pass without doing a set. |And I won't lie down on my bed without some splits stretch. It's done absolute wonders over a year and a half though. But now I've kinda platoe-ed. I don't want to change how I do workouts (ad-hoc, super-short) But I'd like to change it up and add some new items to challenge my body more. Any ideas?

  • Maybe I should do a before after video. It will be interesting to see the road to recovery in a sequence. I have to take it slow because i just got over injuries.     1:59 I know two harder versions of this (I can't do them): If you let yourself down in front, and push yourself up while back, or revers, that makes it harder. If you let yourself down, and push yourself up on both front and back = hardcore
