I'm seeing them on the Thrice tour as well. I almost bought this EP several months ago when I first heard of them, but I don't have any of their albums. I want to learn one of them before the show, which would you recommend I get?

@altmetal I would say you get Pneuma or Foreword from personal opinion. Waves is a great album too though so you can't really go wrong with any of them. If you can I would download the other albums online and perhaps try to actually buy the albums later once you get the money...you're really missing out!

Do people forget what actual human voices sound like? Their singing sounds perfectly fine, and pretty amazing at that.

I don't get what the problem with his voice is. He's on pitch and his tone is fine. If you want pure instrumental, look up Explosions in the Sky. These guys have blended ambient and post rock in a great way, in my opinion.

MovMou's members were never associated with DTR. Destroy The Runner was from Cali, these guys are from New York, where the hell did you even assume that from lol. Completely different genres, both bands are great but these guys have musicianship that DTR could never touch.

I remember the first day i heard Moving Mountains. It was this song. It was 3AM i was just hangin' around on Last.fm and this song came up. I saw how it was almost 10 mins long. I said "Why should i bother listening to this song? It's almost 10 mins!" i skipped the song. After a while it was bugging me. I went back to the tracks and found the name of it. Looked it up. My heart was touched. It was beautiful. Now i can't stop listening...

(I bought both their albums that same night by the way).

@juegas Its not meant for the radio. The genre is post-rock and it is basically the better less corporate verison of alternative rock. Alot of it doesn't have vocals. Look up bands like Moonlight Sailor, This Will Destroy You, and Explosions in the Sky if you liked it.
