Hey Mark, I'm a beginner lifter and I was wondering about one element of peaking for a meet. It's my understanding that you start using higher percentages as you get closer to the meet, and then you take a week off. Whenever I don't squat for longer than 7 days, I find it hard to get back in the groove and my form suffers. Does this happen to experienced lifters too or is this a beginner thing thats worked out over the years?
Awesome speed, but more impressively, how in the hell do you lift in cargo shorts? The only thing more uncomfortable would have to be putting on a pair of wet, sand filled jeans then going for a "jog".
Where is that deadlift platform from ? I like those band pegs

nice mark, your speed seems to be a lot better on your conventional deads than your sumo deads. Keep it up man.
