Everyone's treating the copyright issue like an unavoidable epidemic, haha.

Just add the necessary disclaimer to your video, and it's corresponding information. Make sure your video includes credits to the rightful song writer... and then, you know, if you've got a copyright issue with it, dispute the claim, and you're set.
