  • So good baby....!

  • Hey Talkind, thanx for uploading this song! It's funny you describe Lanegans voice as "nice", though. Somehow, I consider this unbelievable voice as everything but nice...

  • GODLIKE.

  • INCREDIBLE!

  • so goood

  • RANSLEY-IN ORBIT

  • At my local record store, this album is $4.97.. I bought it.. Best 5 dollars I ever spent!

  • Very Dylan'esque

  • why the fuck are corporate, sellout whores like kesha and beiber on the radio but not lanegan!? i hate this generation and i am ashamed to live in it

  • @omedicius The truly talented, like Lanegan, don't want to be on the radio because then they would be sell out whores to a degree. This guy is the shit; he lives a couple towns over from me part of the year and never acts like a "rockstar." I think he likes his relative obscurity because he can go out to eat without getting mobbed. When he is recognized he appreciates that it is a real fan, not a fame monger.

  • @Doyalsan i do agree i just meant that music today sucks and this is real talent. so you got to see lanegan or what?

  • Garcia and Lanegan, it has to happen one day.

  • @toin1202 Garcia like in John Garcia ? now that would indeed be an interesting cooperation :p

God I love alle these dudes from the desert/ seattle

  • one of the best songs i've ever heard in my entire life....

  • Just brilliant.Mark Lanegan is sooo awesome..so are songs of his)

  • The reason this song from good elevates to amazing is Homme on guitar

  • He's got just enough gritty/smooth vocals to make any song sound awesome.

  • Everything Mark Lanegan has done in his musical career has been fucking amazing. I've seen him live a few times and it blew my mind.

  • The room here is free and it's easy to find, the tricks of her frame send a message to mine.

  • @Branyers

well there you go, I always thought that line was

"the root beer is free and it's easy to find, a pay telephone send a message to mine"

makes a bit more sense now!

  • this is sexcellent...I just had a total mini mind explosion...Mark Lanegan, damn!...can't explain it...all the elements of this song just fit together so well as only this group of individuals can do it. X_X woah.

  • excellent song!

  • Not only does Mark have a great voice but he knows how to use it.

  • I like this

  • Fuck, this is sooo good !

  • Anyone else find the keyboards falling behind, out of sync, annoying? Its driving me crazy. Such a good song but I cant get past that. But i love that non-intonated guitar.

  • Fucking awesome!!

  • This is one of my favourites too. Great Lanegan the fuck... God.

  • I'm not usually listenin to this kinda music but this is actually really good and it makes me wanna listen more of his songs. This is a bit like hippie music combined with rock and roll. It's really hard to explain and describe it but I really enjoy it :)

  • this album: Here Comes That Weird Chill

  • perfect diagnosis of drug use....its soooo good cos it makes me forget...forget myself again......

  • BAD ASS, life of a junkie put to words by the MAN !!!

  • I never did like that TV show "Friends"

  • lead guitars intonation is out...i would expect nothing less from josh and nick. and if your confused i'm not being sarcastic, if you don't understand what i said go watch some interviews with josh about his guitars.

  • thank you very much Talkind im diggin it

  • he sounds like whats his name from steppenwolf on this song. Jeez he should grab that bari sax player from morphine , i think that would be another amazing thing mark would do with his quiet career . thank you for not dying or getting busted along the way mark .

  • Oh, this song is so sludgy and sexy and dark and powerful - one of my all-time faves. Mark is AMAZING.

  • Ahh, that voice! He´s hot as hell too.

  • @solonify yeah id go gay for him, well not really, lol

  • @ghostwhiskey If you do I hope he´ll appreciate it. Hahaha!

  • @solonify hahahaha,i dont even remember saying that but i guess it too late now

  • The music at the beginning reminds me of a Primus / Tom Waits song called Coattails of a Deadman.

  • he could sing anything id still like it

  • Excellent song.

  • seeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

  • where can I get it...? oh blah...hmmm...

  • It's Belgian musician Aldo Struyf on the keyboards, not Aldo Schuyf. He plays a mean guitar and has his own band, Creature with the Atom Brain. 2 cd's out, Lanegan sings on one track on each of them. Nothing to get too excited about tho IMHO.

  • Ah ok, corrected it. In the booklet it's Aldo Schuyf but I trust you :]

  • @kimikodreamgirl And in my "humble" opinion, Struyf is a kick ass musician ! Anyway...Lanegan is an amazing artist, great songwriter with a great sound. Hope to hear something new soon in BE !

  • Lanegan>Cobain

  • @christopherross1991 Was it close? Nope. Is that even a contest? Nope.

  • @christopherross1991 Lanegan is not better or worse, is different than Cobain.

  • @juntaoscodigos Way better!!!

  • @christopherross1991 What's the point in comparing them...

  • @pearlthegirl probably because lanegan has never gained as much popularity or fame, is on the whole not really given the credit due to him. when people think of cobain cornell vedder corgan love they should also think of mark lanegan, he deserves a place in that pantheon of "alt/grunge" rock gods.

  • @pistraurder Billy Corgan and Courtney Love are not grunge

  • @pearlthegirl i did say "alt/grunge"

  • @pistraurder He's way up there, right under Andrew Wood and Cornell. How do you pick who's best?

  • @jczother dude, chris cornell is one of the biggest faggot posers of the nineties.

  • @777Lateralus Chris was roommates with Andrew Wood and could scream and jam with them all. I love the alice mudgarden on SAP!!! That's harmony, he was there and played with them all, take your others on your list and put them where you like Cornell's still a BMF today,as he was when he made Louder then Love.

I'm sure Mark would 2nd that one!!! Lanegan, Cornell and Cantrell need to make an album. B. Martin back on drums from the trees, now you have something!!!

  • @jczother Under Andrew Wood and Cornell? Above I would say.

  • one of my favorite voices yay

  • i love this song, fucking adore it

  • trees were awesome especially dust. Lanegan solo rules though

  • Well i blame Nirvana for that, they overshadowed many bands which includes "Screaming Trees" but doesn't matter if he's big or not, as long as we get to listen to his music and the others are missing out

  • his voice heals my heartache

  • what album is this off?? outfit is a heroin kit? ace track!!

  • On Here Comes That Weird Chill EP.. buy it :)

  • my mistake, i had another track playing the same time xD

  • isn't this song wish you well?

  • thanks for posting! great song!

  • awesome song :')

  • one of the best songs ever made!

  • saw him live last month with Greg Dulli, Gutter Twins, was wondering how his voice would sound live, didnt need to worry, it was amazing,he may not move at all or even look at the audience but his voice just resonates in your head, awesome! Dulli was pretty good too

  • good lord
