In order to begin to learn and perfect a technique you need to do it slowly and then as you "get it" you can speed it up and become creative with it. That's the secret to learning really.
Nice. My only critique would be that starting at :45, several of his gun defenses leave the weapon in his enemy's hands. Always better to disarm, because it doesn't take much to point the gun and shoot, and there is always the risk of an accidental discharge.
@dhorse7 We are a generation removed from the Sifu Lo Man Kam, who was an early student of Grandmaster Ip Man. Sifu Lo designed the unarmed curriculum of the Taiwan Police, which can be found in his book Police Kung Fu. The police system incorporate Wing Chun concepts (center line, economy of motion, etc), but are NOT part of Sifu Lo's base Wing Chun curriculum.
That said, only one or two of the techniques in this clip come from Sifu Lo's police curriculum.
