This child doesn't understand the magnitude of his words. @allneonlike: not so long ago, it was an "established constitutional principle" in your country (or the equivalent at that time) to own a slave. But an unjust law does not make a moral right. The same w/ abortion. Science is clear about when human life begins. The fetus' heart beats already at 18-21 days. The fact that abortion kills a human life is not 'inflammatory rhetoric,' sadly, but plain scientific fact.

Murdering one's own baby has nothing to do with "rights"; and neither does it have to do with "women's bodies". As far as I know, a woman's body does not have two beating hearts, two DNAs, 4 arms and 4 legs. And you talk about logical fallacies?

@andreville77 oh, and i might add to my comments about his ignorance. he's a child, and i understand this - he doesn't have enough education or life experience to understand the depth and breadth of the abortion discussion. i don't fault him for that at all.
i fault only the adults in the room (and on this website) who are fawning all over this child. it's nothing but a huge disservice to him. there's a huge difference between support and exaltation.

@allneonlike According to your logic, should we not listen to Mozart's early work simply because he composed it when he was a child? Now, I don't mean to say that the child in this video is on Mozart's level, but the strength of an argument should be based on the message and the content, not the one delivering the message. Also, I imagine that the people in this video are mostly family members and close friends. Should they have just shunned him to the kitchen when he began to speak?

What is he, like 8? He has no concept of the real world, and certainly no understanding of the fundamental right of women in the United States to control their bodies and exercise their reproductive freedom.
If this video DOES show one thing, it's that basic anti-choice arguments are a puerile mix of "what ifs?", logical fallacies, and vaguely nuanced religious arguments - all of which should have no bearing in any discussion on women's rights.

@allneonlike what do the rights of women have any bearing on the value of a human life? The issue isn't about the rights of women but what the definition of human life is. I'm a woman, but if someone was keeping me from my rights, should I be allowed to kill them? No. And though you are correct in stating that he doesn't know much of the "real world," he does completely grasp the hurt and pain that the loss of an innocent life causes.
And there are scads of (logical) "grown up" minds who agree

I won't change my statement - abortion is killing, killing is big mistake. I'm not judging you and anybody. Abortion is your decision, but I'm against abortion, I'm against killing. @allneonlike So what are the rights of the woman or man inside that womb? Oh, I'm sorry, they don't have any. Contrary to what Planned Parenthood may have you believe by stating that the unborn don't become babies until birth, major medical organizations like the Mayo Clinic, WebMD, and Johns Hopkins say otherwise.
If we're so gun-hoe on killing children inside the womb, then why do we see China's killing of their second and third children as wrong? After all, it's only population control.

Why not let them murder the child when it is outside of their womb and 2 years old? That was funny because it is shocking to hear a small child like that GET that Democrats ARE for abortion...that is shocking and so cute that it is funny! I wish I could get most adults that I deal with to GET this!! Thats why they laughed.

Wow... you can tell this was quite heartfelt on the young man's part, and despite the laughter of those around him, he continued. He had some profound insights, particular about the act of abortion hurting the ones doing it. This from a little kid, said simply and from the heart.
