  • im so scared i have to go thru this i shudnt av watched some of these vids :( but anythin is better then my attacks

  • I had this operation two days ago and I felt fine within hours of the operation. Thanks to my wonderful surgeon, Mr. Chisolm, and the nursing staff, which includes Sister Jo Pepper, Nurse Sian and others at the Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey, Surrey.

  • Thanks for sharing this wonderful vedeo!

  • they make it look so easy

  • what happens if you are inflammed aswell?

  • how was this related to seal team???

  • i had mine removed tues. mine were not swon nor stapled rather glued shut...( my wounds that is) well it seems as if they took the laser to it in order to close it.... i started eating on thursday night and am still in a lot of pain but it's worth it i rather this than the attacks!!!! besides the longer you wait you could get an infection in your pancreas...wouldn't want that.

  • I had this done last sat and i didn't get sown shut but i was glued shut with stir strips. i still can't eat to well yet. :(

  • Lots of dumb people on YouTube.

1.Medical questions should ANSWERED BY YOUR DOCTOR, not strangers.

2.Dont listen to the bull that people say after getting your gallbladder removed, leave that to your surgeon.

3.You dont need the gallbladder to live, it only helps digest fats.

  • How is the gall-bladder taken out of the body? Looks like it is sucked out through a cannula... is it?

  • I just found out from my doctor (one of the top doctors in the world) that I can't eat a lot of oil from now on, or fat. I had to cut meat from my diet, which makes sense because I can't digest fat like I used to. Please let people know out there that we are prone to heart disease now if we continue to eat fat, as we don't digest it. I was told I could get heart disease within 3 years if I continues to eat oily foods. I should have rid the gallstones naturally, and yes, it can be done!

  • @lusterwings My attacks happen when I get hungry and stomach squeezes. You shouldn't eat much fatty stuff anyway and Humans were never meant to eat meat anyway. The creator did not create the length of your intestines and acid in there like a carnivore's. I will try to keep my gallbladder and severe pain as long as possible! ... still screaming and crying for someone to discover a REAL cure.

  • @jlh945 lol...u have some funny comments to the doc, thats what I think that it should be there but my pain is now unbearable and I get too much gas, bloting, flatulance and belching, 1 year a go the do said to take it out, I said hell no, but now I think I am because its just not working no more, anything sets it off. A bad gb is better out than in.

  • @panic1844 Mine is like that now, even a small peanut butter sandwich brings the PAIN, I have been up all night because I dared to eat a bowl of mac& cheese, I got the pain that starts from under the ribs around to my back and makes me wanna hurl, Its like a kick in the nutters...only its the gall bladder...ouch.

  • hey everybody, just got this done yesterday. it really wasn't that bad. although i woke up in recovery moaning from the radiating pain. but they gave me stuff to help with my pain. i still have a lot of pain today mostly from the air and my bellybutton. i already feel better though. the liquid diet sucks but if i eat solids i could vomit. the anesthesia was a bit rough. i woke up stoned to hell xD and when i would move id feel gaggish. it was worth it though no more chronic nausea for me. :D

  • @jlh945 Ok...well hope everything turns out fine!

  • @jlh945 Well ok...I cannot believe it either, they said I was way too young for that, but it was what it was, and now its taken care of, I had to get it removed because of "sand stones" but yeah...I did have a fever this morning, but I took some medication the doctor recommended and I feel better! My mom talked to the nurse, I should be fine within a week, they said. But just trying to help, you never know, til' you get it checked with a doc.

  • @jlh945 BAD IDEA!!! I got mine out yesterday, still hurts, I can barely type!!! I'm on my couch with my laptop beside me now, when my surgeon took it out, he said mine was diseased. and I had sand stones, hurts so bad, I an barely move, luckily the gave me pain meds, so i'm fine, at 14 yrs old, they said, i'm really young to have this, my friend had hers out 3 yrs and cannot eat greasy foods without going to the bathroom 30 minutes later. Don't live with it--could be serious!

  • Im 14 and im probably having this done the next time i have an attack. When my attacks first started happening they lasted between 6-15 hours. And thats non stop pain. I now have small attacks that last 15 minutes to half hour. Idk if im recovering or what but i did find that apple juice mixed with apple cider vinager helps alot with the pain. It kinda prevents the attacks. I couldnt eat greasy foods but now i can soo idk

  • @BradyBrutal6969 before you do that go look at gallbladder flush vid.

  • I'm having a gallbladder operation soon but have between 50 and a 100 gallstones, how do they get the gallstones out.

  • Underwent this myself when I was very young, and have the small scars to prove it. However, it was a complete botch, and in retrospect, I was probably used as a test subject to experiment this relatively new technique on. Afterwards, I opted for a more conventional and reliable open cholecystectomy, and have the long, sweeping scar, along with normal dietary habits, to prove that.

  • Good specific info on this painful topic.

--- Luckily I'm in Canada, so most help is free to the patient.

Why do Americans tolerate giant insurance companies administering most doctor payments(for a fat cut)? . Why do state governments not recognize that the medical lobby (and Republicans) are there to block direct gov't doctor compensation... which leaves the poorest Americans suffering without medical help? Seems a no brainer to the rest of the civilized world. Incredible.

  • What 777 tells is not just a story, this way i removed thousants of gallstones and it works. just by drinking epson salt, lemon or grapefruitjuice and olive oil, painless, cheap, and it cleans not only your gallblatter but also your liver wich could be full of stones too!

Google, olive oil, liver flush and you will find the recepy.

    Better than cutting your belly!

  • wow they just suck the whole thing up a tube.

  • هل ده ةبيسهل عملية النيك اصل الواحد بيحب النيك السريع وايوووووووووه لو كان مفاجىء كمان

  • i discovered i had gallstones by accident only becoz i did not feel anything and when they said it was multiple and movable galllstones, i was thinking maybe around 3 to 6 pieces only...i had mine removed (as advised by the doctors in the USG and by the surgeon) last Sunday and was shocked to find out i had more!!!!i got lucky i guess that they did not blocked anything inside...size ranges fr sweet peas to garbanzos and some like sand....

  • 777Templar..... I think you like to tell stories........ Linasa seeds, lemon juice, maybe tequila too, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Africa, Asia....... Please tell us more...

  • I was 16 years old and an american doctor wanted to cut my gallbladder. My parents where so upset. My mom a nurse thought the doctor didnt know what he was doing. So we went abroad to Guatemala with a very good doctor who studied in CUBA for 10 years. This surgean said to me: not everything is cut and stitch. So he gave me a natural treatment with Linaza seeds. Mix with hot water. Wait until it cools down in the refrigerator and drank it. In 3 days the stones came out. i was cure.

  • really? you just drank the etract and the stones passed through your gut?

  • Misscutie, although I have had mine out I know the PAIN! before op I made sure there was no fat in any food I ate and I never had an attack after that, but I still went ahead with the surgery.

  • i have gallstones and its hard on part coz i cant get a surgery due to financial difficulties. pain is hell and absolutely out of control.. everytime i have an attack, i rush to the emergency for some hydrocodone.

  • i used to have stones in the gall bladder and had the same problem. American doctors and hospitals are just a business. They dont really care about you feeling well. they just want money. I had to go abroad to Guatemala with a Doctor who told me , not everything is cut and stitch. He gave me Linaza seed treatment mix with hot water , cool down and i drank it for several days. Until the stones came out. My parents where so upset with the american system of gallbladder treatment.

  • You can take out stones from the gallbladder without cut and stitch. Why spend thousands of dollars to lose an organ thats important in your body. ? dont go through that.

1/2 cup of lemon juice , 1/2 of olive oil, 3 spoons of magenesium sulphate or epsom salts. Drink it once a week. Wait until you go to the restroom and the stones will come out without pain. This is one of the treatments i had in Guatemala by a doctor who studied in CUBA for 10 years in surgery , and medicine.

  • where can we buy linaza seed? what is other treatment aside from these?s it available here in the Philippines? thanks

  • @maleaha0414 yup! you can go to our DOH or department of health office to ask where can you find the linaza seeds.

  • There is no study to support this theory, it is simply not true. Olive oil might help against the forming of the stones and extremely small stones, but it definetely won't work with medium sized or bigger stones, on the contrary, they will loosen up and will get stuck, resulting in extreme pain and an operation! So please beware of these kind of treatments and talk to your doctors before trying all kinds of "recipes"!

  • @777templar You realize if you have gallstones, that even with flushing, gallstones will continue forming for the rest of your life right? Remember its a genetic problem.

  • @@ Iam do it......

  • my mom had gallbladder surgery and it made her stomach hurt and her head hurt! It kills me to see my mother like this! Someone please help me! It's ruining my life that she suffers every day!

WHERE IS GOD WHEN I NEED HIM???

    Please help me someone!!!!

  • same thing for my mom, doctors advised her to remove it which sucks!!! got no filter anymore!!! we didn't know there's a natural way to do it, goes out with your stool to flush it in the toilet and I just did it today :) got some of my stones out in the natural way, painless and worth it !!! don't get your remove that way, lots of complication, if we knew then, my mom could have been better, Btw, you asked "WHERE IS GOD WHEN I NEED HIM? " well, did you ask GOD for help? seek enough to find him?

  • It's been a month! Is your mom better???

  • same lol

  • i just had mine removed yesterday..they let me go that night...mine was removed in an emergency..mine was enlarged and infected..

but the pain is not bad at all..with in 30 mins after wakin up..i could get up...

  • I had mine exactly one week and about 7 hours ago. I had it done as I had two large stones and was vulnerable to what you most likely experienced .. so I had the surgery done now than later. I am glad they found the stones a couple months ago before it was and ER situation for me. Hope you all healed now. Cheers.

    Lawrence

  • how much did it cost you?

  • Hello,

I am from Canada .. so the bill was $ 0.00

We don't pay for our healthcare other than elective surgeries.

  • I really need to move there!

  • So, the surgeon, nurses, anesthesia, hospital, etc, did not get paid for your surgery? Nothing is free dimwit. Someone-your countrymen-strangers paid for your surgery. Don't treat us as fools and call it "free."

  • ? you are confusing me here. I am certainly not a dimwit, sounds like you are for making your comment. If you'd stop for a momment and think about what I was saying ... we don't have to hand anyone any money or credit card or whatever form of payment for our surgeries. Of couse nothing is free, our taxpaying dollars provide the "free" medical care .. and of course we all pay taxes .. unless you are of limited intelligence and collect social assistance at the expense of others (you?).

  • @chryzippus I would like to visit your country for real, free insurance and I also heard that they have cannibus bars, how much money do I need to move there?

  • @chryzippus How do u feel now that they took ur GB out? I'm considering taking mine out the pain is too much..

  • thanks i am getting this done in a month and i really didn't understand what they were going to do to me... this helps a lot

  • had mine done on the 18th of december, via keyhole, was really fearful of getting this op.

and now I can eat what I want, although I do have to be carefull not to eat too much in quantity of greasy foods, eg: 1 fish supper is okay, but dont have a fry up in the morning and then the fish supper at dinner.... as it may hurt.

the first week was a little sore getting in and outta bed, but otherwise, it's fine.

  • What if the stones fall out when theyre sucking the gall bladder out? My friend's mother died on the operating table 20 yrs ago from this surgery. What do you think could've gone wrong? She thinks her mother had a terrible surgeon. How often do people die of this surgery today?

  • a negligable amount in todays surgical procedures and precautions.

  • I'm glad I had my gallbladder taken out, seven attacks in two months is enough. I'm still somewhat sore and a little tired from the surgery, but every day gets better.

  • im am glad that you are ok. my question in to you is since the gall bladder makes bile for the intestines how will the intestine compensate for the bile?

  • the liver makes the bile , gall bladder is just a storage for excess

  • They just do. Just like if you had your spleen removed, other organs can "pick up the slack" so to speak. Not to worry.

  • so nothing else is necessary, after they take the gallbladder out?

  • The concern with patients post-op is diet since bile can no longer be stored between meals once it is removed (bile flows to the intestine the instant liver produces it, thus, when meal with high fat content is eaten, there's the possibility of inadequate amount of bile) I would advice you to eat low-fat diet or alternatively ask your physician / dietitian.

Diarrhea and bloating may be the other complications because of the way fat absorption is changed.

  • lmao at thunderlov

  • im eating -[..brownies.....=[ u ruined it
