Wow. What a clear unambiguous presentation of the facts, & equally pointed recommendation that all officers and all those with command responsibility, all the way up the chain to the Commander in Chief, who knew of plans to torture and did nothing to stop it, are liable under international law for war crimes, and thus the recommendation that they be investigated by a Special Prosecutor from outside the DOJ.

Clear recitations like this, from legal experts, make me sad about the America of today.
