Funny, because this song originally came out in the early 1980s. I take it there was an earlier attempt at such a system at Heathrow?

the baggage retrieval system at terminal 5 is wonderful - the incidences of delay or loss are now far less than they were before T5 opened ...

It wasnt a COMPUTER glitch, it was a staff TRAINING issue by BA.... No, the other Terminals were not and will not be affected by T5... Its FINE now...

It shouldn't happen again even between july 27 and august 12th 2012 because its period of the London Olympic games. But if those thing happen during the London olympic summer games, it could be a enormous hell.

So funny, I was actually there on the first day. I was able to sort myself out pretty quickly but I did feel very sorry for the foreigners stuck there.
Still haven't got my luggage yet.
