i really did like Eve online. i just didnt like how slow it was. and a game such as this is more unlikely to have children in it because they would get impatient and quit. i wonder how many people watch this video that have no idea the scale of the ships, especially the titan ships.

It's not super complex but it requires you to be patient and it also requires you to use a little bit of brainpower...It's not about face rolling, and on the plus side the community is a very nice one. (Besides pirates..And even then I still like them.) Cause honestly I'd rather get my ass whooped by a smart person then an idiot face rolling their keyboard.

j0ker is an idiot most eve players dont play it to master it they play it because EVE is the best Online game you can possibly find. Takes awhile but I myself would rather spend 135.00 a year and pay that price to play rather then playing a crap game like WOW where you can master the game in 3 months lmao

Eve online in the fundown is a slow moving game meaning that its not instant action unless your in a major 0.0 alliance yet still its not instant, But you must understand more mature people play it in other words its around the ages 18+ that actualy play the game well. I my self am 16 and absolutly enjoy the game, if you do like sci-fi games and enjoy a game with mature players unlike World of Warcraft and what not. You will enjoy eve!

agreed...it's very deep and takes a long time to get good. Tough learning curve... but that learning curve works to remove the d-bags from the game.

@Defenseman619 Actually, it's not so much of a "learning curve" as a "learning cliff." Also, I've been playing for about a year now and I've never gone pvping. So now, if I DID start pvping, I'd have no CLUE what I was doing.

to put a finer point on your "mature person" thing, the game takes a lot more patience, and a lot more 'thinking' than your average MMO, compare something like original board game D&D to WoW.... its not for everyone, and takes a lot of dedication to get very far, and for a younger, or more immature player, they will quickly reject it for something more inviting like WoW...
