clever how you changed up the last verse chord to make the D chorus sound less contrived. i like it. especially how the progression is different (dipping to the Em) the second time around.
first time around: does it go from G Maj for a bar to G minor for a bar? if not, that'd be kinda cool, methinks.
thanks dude! yeah, when rivers said he wanted the chorus to start on the "D", i didn't know how i felt about it...but i understand since "D" is the key of the song..he wanted it to hit hard going straight into the chorus..and what better to make a strong chorus than to start on the root?

So far I'd been dreading changing the chorus chords... but I actually like these.
A lot of the others seemed forced...
