There should be no debate, no hearing, no vote, PERIOD! This bill, S510, is the most ridiculous thing I, for one, have ever heard of. Whoever proposed this bill, or brought it to anyone's attention, or even seriously considers it worth reading or contemplating, should be investigated, and brought up on possible charges. UPDATE! The bill is obsolete and the text has been added as an amendment to HR2751.

I have did a little peer review on this & my assessment is that the FDA has been doing a piss poor job of regulating anything in the lines of tobacco farms & Monsantos. So who is it that they plan to regulate if not the higher ups?? They blab something about saving millions of lives but the death count is 5000 a year. While the FDA has the power to take down Big Tobacco that causes almost 500,000 deaths. Undoubtedly anyone going big is forced to take 'THE SEED'
