The real life lead was Asian not white. In fact the majority of the team was Asian. That's like making Coach Carter white. This is just another racist stupid Hollywood film.

The real life team was 20 strong. And one of the best counters was a Russian, also there were many caucasians. This film is not racist at all - there is a black, an asian, a white and a female. What more do you want?
