This genre of music really flocks an over abundance of selfish pride. You'd think because they are so emo and depressed they wouldn't be so much into themselves but the outcome gives you quite the opposite. Like this music video for example: The music and theme gives off that someone is in pain but the motive is dressing up in an overated style that died out in early 2000.
