the esx has 2 melodic synth parts, both send midi data on their own channel, so i use the midi data from part 1 to play the tx81z (and part 2 for the MKS and the nord)
the tx81z cannot play by itself, it's a 1980's synth, not even aware of the tempo

do you play the TX81Z through the ESX-1? or do you play it via a synthesizer? and the sample it to the ESX?

the tx81z is laying notes that part 2 of the electribe sends, not sampled in anyway
