I don't believe the world will end in 2012 but I still have one week worth of canned and dried food in the house and my old Army Pack (minus the weapons) ready behind the wardrobe just in case something bad happens tomorrow. the easiest way to make a bunker is to reinforce an outbuilding (brick/concrete garage ideal) and cover it with 2 feet of turf with sloped sides Takes 2 weeks to build by hand. This will protect you from floods, strong winds, fire, bullets
