One of my all time favorite games.

I was really impressed by GTA II when it came out, but eventually got bored with it. Not so with GTA IV. I played it right to the end, struggling through some of the minigames (like the race with that idiot getaway driver), and was really sorry when it was over. It was the awesome Miami Vice-themed gameplay that won me over.

Kudos to whoever made this.

You have to edit carcols.dat .There is a Stinger line and his current colors. You can add black. I don't remember how exactly but it's very easy.

Vice City had good content but San Andreas let you do more than you could in Vice. Vice could use some improvement as in stuff you can get and such. Vice will still be one of the greats as the next Vice City game should be.
