Why are you purposely deceiving and confusing people? It's not Pavarotti. Pavarotti is a tenor, he's never sung this aria. This is Sherrill MIlnes singing it. There are many people here who are new to opera and who don't understand that Pavarotti could never sing this and who are bound to be confused.

Definitely not Pavarotti, this aria would be far out of his reach even if he wanted to do it. Domingo would be able to manage it, as proven by his amazing portrayal of Simon Boccanegra (a baritone role), but not Pavarotti, he could never have done it well.

@Jameson10314 Yes Figaro is a role for a bass baritone (for instance Leo Nucci, Peter Mattei, Tito Gobbi)!

Pavarotti never sung it for sure!

Maybe, one day, Domingo will sing it, but only because he thinks to be a baritone!!!

You are right, Pav never sang it.

Domingo, however, already has. He recorded the entire role, and it was released on CD in 1992.
