Yes... you can currently kill another balrog in the game with a raid. But the Balrog of Moria... they are hinting that it's going to be a form of session play (where you have an out-of-character experience) where you can play as a dwarf when the balrog is released.

Yep. All my kin mates tried it and universally hated it. The only thing that they had for it was the large-breasted women.
