@iceman0886 Nice that you were considerate enough to google his book. But that qoute (he supposedly said it in front of Congress, right?) is misguided. All these sentences are jumbled up. One is from one chapter, the other from the index, and then mixed with a few words from the appendix and its application to epileptic patients for good measure. They are so out of context: He was warning that in the distant future, the risks may be too great. He compared this scenario to "a nuclear holocaust."
