obviously Apple was the 1st to see the potential on the graphic interface OS and yes they were the first to have docks, windows, paints, wordpads, and many more on their PC. And that is the FACT. 'Remember' no PC at that time at these features and that includes XEROX, XEROX had no OS for PC at that time. Sure XEROX was the 1st to conceive the ideas of the window graphical interface but that was it, there were no actual productions of PC with XEROX OS. Get it!

A: The entire Mac OS began heavily (HEAVILY!) based off of a little thing known as Xerox PARC! Do some research Mac fanboys! Learn the history of your system.

B: Microsoft bailed out Apple! Even if we were copying you we earned it because we bailed your ass out when you were in financial trouble.

@p7811fx True. Apple released it's version GUI before Microsoft. None bought it. But all embraced Windows!! It's crystal clear!

Moreover, Aero Peek may look similar to dock exposé, but isn't. But with Snow Lepord, Apple copied the way Aero peek gave a preview of only the windows related to certain program and not all the windows. But you can even do that with 3D flip! :)

@p7811fx apple stole from xerox for sure but xerox invited apple into their building and let their developers have time to see how the software worked, it was a deal for apple to let xerox buy cheaper apple shares. apple never did tell microsoft to use what they had, thats the key difference. ok yes microsoft bailed out apple true but what does that have to do with anyones software innovation? and look who's on top now! both are great OS's i use both but prefer osx.

Tiger had way more viruses and was very vunerable compared to Snow Leopard yet it had alot less of the market share than SL. Not to do with market share.

Snow Leopard, if it had more market share, would get the bulk of virus's, as 1. Apple for years have marketed that they don't get Viruses, therefore people wouldn't install an Antivirus, and 2.Websites say things like this all the time: "Apple users have less protection from viruses etc than Windows users do. But theyre still safer, security experts agree, because so few malware programs target the Mac." - True

But in terms if usability, AVG is far superior in my mind. It has a very small file size, and you don`t even notice it when its scanning. It dosent bug you to update it or anything, and It`s kept my computer safe so far.

If you've seen MSE, you'll know how simple it is to use.

It's small, has an extremely small footprint and file size, and it's the same, you hardly notice it scanning. AVG was actually worse on my computer for scanning, before MSE.

And MSE only warns you to upgrade to the new one because of improved detection etc. Whereas AVG has a big advert telling you to upgrade, and buy the premium.

It may be good for you, but unless you have tried both, theirs no argument

good thing I am smart enough to use the FREE antivirus provided by MICROSOFT, to keep my PC away from VIRUSES, because MACHEADS seem to forget that MICROSOFT PROVIDES FREE ANTIVIRUS AT NO COST, and therefore use a VOID topic.
