I raced with 250 and 350 TZ myself...this is not maximum 2 stroke racing, where are the revs...!! Your front tyre never came up from the track...bad use of your powerband or your gearing is bad.. Sounds like a slow moped.

2-stroke lovers go to "TZ vs R1" for the real stuff.....

those are about 2:05 laps. thats pretty good.

i ride a 98 Honda RS250 at Thill. im just a little bit slower than that, but i just got the bike 2 months ago.

this bike is great.... 2-strokes they sound better than 4 stroke crotch rockets do and as far as i know the 2003 Yamaha TZ250's have 93HP @ roughly 250LBS = which means it's power to weight ratio is pretty high ;) ... this is one of my favorite bikes period! ... i just wish i could get one for road use ;)

i feel ur pain, ive been looking all over for at a 2000-2003 tz250, i want one so bad, they kick so much ass.....dam it sucks that 2-strokes are slowly dying out in the motorsport world, just because of some environmental issues, or so they say.

Oh man what a fun time that was! I miss riding at the track so much!  The bike is a 98 tz 250. I play this every once in a while to remind myself that I used to be pretty quick.
