This Dr has no idea what he's doing! He doesn't have the proper angle or technique. He must have left half of the cyst still inside including the sack. Not to mention he couldn't get the patent to lie on there back for proper visual acuity, he could have see more cyst left inside and proper surrounding type squeeze angle to vacate the void.
