Witcher.wiki describes them as "sterile mutants" - which is most certainly correct - they are after humans, raised to be perfect monster killers and that includes many years of brutal training, taking chemicals and herb mixtures, which are causing the mutation. They are rarely considered humans by... anybody in their world, though - typical human racism ;)

However judging by the fact that the equipment required to run modern games is considerably cheaper than PC requirements, and massive surge of casual gamers in recent years (as well as the sheer number of games which developers make for consoles and not PC - likely because they feel it will make more money), it would be logical to deduce that consoles have a higher population. It's chiefly because PC games are so expensive to run nowadays

@AvatarTwasCheesy Lmao, I can do that. Firstly, every NPC doesn't look like a robot, they have believealbe facial expressions and they actually look like people when they talk, not puppets. Second, there's a reason why it was only released on PC first, way higher graphics resolution that could not be handled on console so they had to spend like 8 months optimising it. Skyrim, came out on console at the same time. To say Witcher 2 doesn't have better graphics is retarded.

That man is a Witcher names Letho from the School of Viper for those of you who don't know...That school kinda went crazy after the fall of the Witchers, but I won't spoil anything else :3. For those of you asking about their eyes etc. Witchers take are sorcerer/monster slayers who dwell heavily on combat and mutagen alchemy, they take mutagens to make their bodies stronger, reflexes faster and most if not all have the ability to see in the dark, thus giving them the cat like eyes Geralt has.

"Adopting" the game for X360 was already something, that took way too long, despite that the engine being design with X360 port in mind. It's almost certain, they won't be making yet another "adaptation" for a console that is more complicated - that works completely different than other consoles and where tracking bugs and solving them takes almost 5 times as long.
