  • @AGamersGoodLife LOL, SWEET! Btw, i just posted a new video recently (considering this is over a year old) so id you think this is bad ass, youve seen nothing yet!

  • How long did it take to get your handstands down that good?

  • @NoNameWorks420 well, ive been working on them for a long time... I had been working on them for about 5-6 months at that point. Handstands are one of those things where the only thing thatll help better them is practice. I practice them whenever im walking in an empty hallway. Just keep at them, and youll have them;)

P.S. keep an eye out for my showreel! finished filming today. Shouldve been done a long time ago, but someone stole my old camera in april:P

  • @Tcat5310 thanks man!!

  • Hey i have a question becasue i kinda wanna start parkour and stuff. Do you have to be really strong to do parkour and stuff? Cuz im pretty strong but i cant do any crazy shit like frontflips from my feet. Would i still be good at it? Like how much do you bench and stuff.

  • @CoznovaCoD well, CRAZY strong, no... what we do is we condition the muscles that need to be worked on: calves, abs, arms, back, cardio...when you learn, take it easy, practice rolls and basic vaults. I didn't start doing frontflips out of the gym until year 1. Pretty late, but don't start doing flips until you think you're ready;)

    P.S. I don't bench...never have, so no idea^_^

  • One step rayden was sick. 0:58 was some nice flow :D Some great parkour. I say work on climb ups and flips can get better. I like the wall inward flips and hand walking.

  • @FlowUrbanFlow

lol, thanks..didn't really know what a rayden was, actually...

Ya, a few of the climb-ups were sketchy..Should've refilmed them..And of course, i've improved a bit since..

    Thanks for the comment;)

  • @Tcat5310 Welcome man :D

  • awesome video! i subbed =)

you and your team are great!

  • Nice! It looks pretty sick to me. Keep it up!

  • Well Done!!!

  • How do you suggest I learn tumbling with-out tumbling classes? All I have is a small front yard and a mattress. Just now I landed about 10 front flips out of 50. I need help!!! Any suggestions?

  • @iDeaTHeoRyi

Well i don't take tumbling classes. Most gymnastic places have open gym nights or parents night out...Where you can use the stuff...But a mattress isn't bad...Just be very careful on backflips;)

  • @Tcat5310 So you learned side flips and back flips without an instructor? Just using open gym night?

  • @iDeaTHeoRyi

Well there's instructors to help you learn tricks..But i'm not taking classes;)

Sideflips i learned alone with a few tutorials...Backflip, learned with an instructor..

  • Things to work on...climb ups, precisions, 180 cats, landings, wall fronts, and the little things. On the 180 cat try a step to push take off instead of pushing off with both feet at the same time. As for the wall fronts try not to use your hands and when I say the little things I mean those awkawrd mini jumps before the actual trick or jump itself, bent knees on sit-turns, and other awkward things. Don't try to do too much too fast you guys have some good acrobatics but lack a solid foundation.

  • @CodyBolen Thanks for the advice;) I know, i just got stuck with that on the wall front...I can do it without the hands in a gym, but just a bit more work...Climb-ups, couple of those i landed weird on the cat grab and made it harder to get up...

    ~Pe@cE~

  • Yo man this is pockeris, I deleted my old acc this is new one. Now I see that you can really parkour, and for real it is your best video so far. Loved two step wall flip keep it up. Peace.

  • nice video, keep practicing

  • alot of new flips! good job! my fave is the webster to seat. agreed with jimmy VVV

  • that was your best video yet, by far. good job man
