i really badly want th handcannon, but i just beat zealot mode and tht was hard enough but u cn only save 3 times and if u die u respawn at th last savepoint, not the last checkpoint =(

You only get the hand cannon after you beat hardcore. It's a useful weapon though it seems like a joke weapon.

I love the Hand Gun

My favorite was def the ripper.

The blade was closer to the hero yes but also LARGER TO SEE so you can cut enemies much better with it. It wasn't some distant thin line like in DS1.

Dead Space 1:

Plasma cutter - Pulse rifle, force gun, and contact beam.

In Dead Space 2

Plasma cutter - Pulse rifle - Line gun - Contact beam

In my opionion you have to have pulse rifle always. In both games. In dead space 1 it was abit overpowered, never ran low on ammo with it and it killed the necromorpths in few shots

This is why whenever someone goes to any kind of sportsgame to see they should buy a foam finger, because them when monsters come to earth everyone can cut a little bit off the thumb part, point it at a necromorph and go pew pew, or bang bang them you can make a epic face. :D<-- example

@TearsOfWar1 Well, due to a bug in PC version Handcannon was impossible to obtain through normal means(beating game on hardcore difficulty). You'd have to manually edit the save game to get it or download hacked savegame for it, including "DLC exclusive" suits and weapons. Or you can get the official patch released not too long ago, depending what version of game you have. Can't confirm if it works, though
