PC has identical graphics (as just shown). Rockstar has said no graphical adjustments have been made to the PC version.

And the extra missions are also the missions coming as DLC on the 360.

And since the console versions have already been out for a while, not many people will buy the PC version unless they dont have the consoles.

I'm saying put gears of war or cod4 & cod 5 next to gta 4 and its not even a contest. The difference between the games is that gta 4 is a "open world game" so graphics aren't something you look at. As for gameplay it sucked. missions were all samey and repetitive, the game world was much smaller then san andreas as was customization. The story was good but the endings both sucked. And the multiplayer was either a rocketfest, or easy to break in your favor. Which is why it isn't around anymore.
