this teaches one allot, and it really speaks to me, and others. this shouldn't be white America or black America. this should just be America. where everyone is equal, and doesn't ave to deal with stuff like this. this is a great poem for people, especially the young generation, and the older ones who lived through segregation. I hope that others continue to spread the message. Omari and IN-Q rule!
my reading teacher showed us slam poems, and this is the one i liked the most, everyone in my class (8th graders) were like this sucks, but i understood the meaning and its awesome, i love how they present it.
